The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has released the AP PGECET 2025 exam dates on its official website. Candidates can check the detailed schedule below for MTech admissions for the academic year 2025-26 below. 

AP PGECET 2025 exam dates

AP PGECET 2025 exam dates: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has released the AP PGECET 2025 exam schedule for MTech admissions. For various MTech disciplines, the exam will be conducted from June 5 to 7, 2025. The AP PGECET application form is expected to be released in March 2025. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can check the detailed notification below -

The AP PGECET 2025 official notification and information brochure will be released soon on the official website - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Candidates can visit the website and fill out the application form before the due date. 

Conducted by the Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), AP PGECET is a state-level entrance examination that offers admission to M.Tech and M.Pharm programmes at various institutes and universities in Andhra Pradesh.

Q:   Who is eligible for Andhra Pradesh PGECET exam?
A:

Candidates who want to apply for AP PGECET exam must check eligibility. They must have passed BE or BTech exam and be permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. General category must have secured 50% marks in their qualifying exam, whereas category candidates must have passed 45% marks.

Q:   How many seats are there in JNU for MA?
A:

There are over 965 seats for MA courses. The seat reservation policy is carried out as per a set of rules. Reservation of seats in various programmes of study for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (Non Creamy Layer (NCL) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category is 15%, 7.5%, 27% and 10%, respectively. As per the provisions of Rights of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) Act, 2016, not less than 5% seats are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities.
