The Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has started the AP POLYCET counselling registration 2026 on June 24. Candidates have to complete the online certificate verification and fee payment to apply for the process. Students who qualified in the AP POLYCET exam are eligible to participate in the counselling.

AP POLYCET 2026 Counselling Begins

The Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) has started the AP POLYCET counselling registration 2026 on June 24. Candidates have to complete the online certificate verification and fee payment to apply for the process. Students who qualified in the AP POLYCET exam are eligible to participate in the counselling process for admission to diploma and polytechnic courses across the state. The last date for counselling registration, certificate verification and fee payment is Juen 30.

How to Register for AP POLYCET Counselling?

  • Candidates will have to go to polycet.ap.gov.in/DefaultPage.aspx.
  • Click on 'Online Certificate Verification and Fee Payment Link'.
  • Enter AP POLYCET 2026 hall ticket number, rank, Aadhaar number and Captcha and submit
  • Upload the certificates and pay the processing fee online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

Documents Required for AP POLYCET Certificate Verification 2026

Candidates should keep the following certificates for Online Certificates Verification & Fee Payment:

  • POLYCET Hall ticket
  • AP POLYCET Rank Card
  • Candidate Aadhaar Card
  • SSC or Equivalent marks memo
  • Study/Bonafide Certificate (IV to X)
  • Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities (if applicable)
  • Income certificate Issued on or after 01.01.2023 for claiming tuition fee reimbursement
  • PWD/NCC/CAP/Sports and Games/Scouts and Guides Certificates (if applicable)
  • Econimically Weaker Section(EWS) Certificate (validity year 2026-2027 only for OC Candidates if applicable)
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Residence Certificate in case of Non Local Candidate.

After completing registration and verification, candidates will be able to enter their preferred colleges and courses through the web options system. The option entry process is scheduled from June 29 to July 3. A one-day option editing facility will be available on July 4.Β Students should carefully select and prioritize their choices, as seat allotment will be based on rank, reservation category, and the options entered during counselling. The seat allotment will be announced on July 6 in online mode.
