Bihar ITICAT 2025 Mop-up Counselling Begins; Apply by September 8

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has started the ITICAT 2025 mop-up counselling registration today. Candidates who wish to participate in the ITICAT mop-up round counselling must apply on the official website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. The last date to submit a willingness to participate in the ITICAT mop-up counselling is September 8.
The vacancy list of the ITICAT mop-up round has been placed on the website. Candidates must refer to the vacant seats for the Bihar ITICAT 2025 admission. Those who have a valid rank in the exam will be allotted seats in the order of merit. Candidates already enrolled through earlier counselling but wish to change their institute/branch are also eligible.
How to Submit the Online Willingness for the ITICAT Mop Up Round?
Students have to follow the steps mentioned below to submit their willingness:
- Visit the website, bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
- Under the online application forms section on the homepage, find the link for ‘Willingness for ITICAT-2025 Mop-up Round Offline Counselling’
- Fill in your roll number, date of birth and the captcha code
- Now get the merit information and click on ‘submit your willingness’
While the willingness process is online, the actual counselling and allotment for the ITICAT 2025 mop-up round will be done offline. Candidates will have to visit the Board Office, IAS Sangh Bhawan, near Patna Airport, Patna, from September 13 onwards for the offline counselling. The authority will release the counselling programme on September 10, 2025, on the official website.
Candidates must bring all required original documents along with self-attested photocopies to the counselling venue. Those who fail to submit their willingness online or do not adhere to the schedule will not be considered for admission.
