BITSAT 2026 Iteration 1 Result Out
The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has released the BITSAT 2026 Iteration 1 result for admissions to First Degree programmes, including B.E., M.Sc., and B.Pharm courses. Candidates who submitted their preference form and paid the required counselling fee can now check their BITSAT Iteration 1 allotment result through the newly launched Iteration results portal at, bitspilaniedu.com/FD2026/Bits/Default.aspx.
BITS Pilani has informed candidates that a separate result portal has been created for checking seat allotment results. The institute has also sent login credentials to all eligible candidates on their registered BITSAT 2026 email addresses. Candidates must note that these credentials are different from those used earlier during the BITSAT application and counselling process. Only the newly issued login details can be used to access the Iteration result.
Important Instructions for Candidates
Students who have received a seat allotment in Iteration 1 should carefully review their admission offer and complete the required formalities within the given deadline. BITS Pilani has advised candidates to use the new portal and login credentials shared through email. Any old login details will not work on the new result portal.
Fee Payment and Acceptance Deadline
Candidates who wish to accept their allotted seat must complete the acceptance process and pay the required admission or advance fee on or before June 26, 2026, by 5:00 PM. Failure to complete the fee payment process within the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the offered seat.

Students will not be able to confirm their allotment if they meet the BITSAT cutoff. However, they will have higher admission chances to their choice of course and campus. Since the allotment process will consider other factors too along with cutoff, the students will know their admission status after the seats allotted are announced.
Candidates must refer to the BITSAT 2026 counselling schedule announced at admissions.bits-pilani.ac.in. For selection into the courses offered by the participating campuses, the students will have to participate in the BITSAT counselling process. During the counselling, the students will have to submit their preferences and pay the fee for allotment.
The campus-wise BITSAT cutoff will be released by the BITS Pilani authorities. The cutoff scores can be checked online at bitsadmission.com. Students are advised to check the previous years' cutoffs carefully to know the score range that is required to have higher chances of admission in their preference.

After the completion of Iteration 1 admissions, BITS Pilani is expected to conduct further counselling iterations based on vacant seats and candidate preferences.
