BITS Pilani has opened the BITSAT counselling 2026 withdrawal window for candidates who have received admission offers to First Degree programmes. To withdraw their admission offer for B.E., M.Sc., or B.Pharm programmes, students have to log in to the new admission portal at bitspilaniedu.com/FD2026/Bits/Default.aspx, with their fresh credentials.

BITS Pilani has opened the BITSAT counselling 2026 withdrawal window for candidates who have received admission offers to First Degree programmes. To withdraw their admission offer for B.E., M.Sc., or B.Pharm programmes, students have to log in to the new admission portal at bitspilaniedu.com/FD2026/Bits/Default.aspx, with their fresh credentials. The withdrawal link will remain active only till 9 PM on July 10, 2026.

Who Can Apply for Withdrawal?

Candidates who have already received an admission offer under the BITSAT counselling 2026 process in iterations 1 & 2 and no longer wish to continue with their allotted seat can use the withdrawal facility. Applicants must complete the withdrawal process before the deadline, as no requests are expected to be accepted after the withdrawal window closes. The option is available for admissions to the following First Degree programmes:

  • B.E.

  • M.Sc.

  • B.Pharm.

  • Click on the 'withdrawal window link'.

  • Log in using the required credentials.

  • Verify the admission details.

  • Submit the withdrawal request.

What’s Next?

After the withdrawal window closes on July 10 at 9 PM, BITS Pilani will process the vacant seats for the next round of admissions. Candidates who are currently on the waitlist will have a renewed chance of admission to popular courses at BITS Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses. The BITSAT Iteration III result will be announced on July 14, with the seat confirmation last date being set as July 18. Following this, the authorities will continue the further rounds of counselling.
