The round 1 DASA 2026 seat allotment result will be declared tomorrow at 5 pm. The result will be announced online in the website csab.nic.in. Candidates will need to login to the website to check their seat allotment status.

DASA Counselling 2026 Seat Allotment Result Live Updates: The Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) Shibpur will release the round 1 DASA 2026 seat allotment result tomorrow, August 6. The seat allotment will be published online in the website csab.nic.in. To check the DASA seat allotment status, candidates will need to login to the website using their application number and password.

Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to exercise the their option FREEZE, SLIDE, FLOAT, SURRENDER, WITHDRAW, EXIT by August 10, 2026. Candidates also have to complete online reporting to the institute by August 10, post exercising their willingness option.

• Login using your JEE Main application number and password
• Seat allotment status will be displayed on screen
• Proceed to complete willingness option

Candidates who selects the freeze option must download their provisional seat allotment letter and report to the institute as per the schedule mentioned in it.

The total number of seats available for admission through DASA are 6,118. This also includes 2088 seats specifically for children of workers in gulf (CIWG). All these institutes are available in total 135 institutes which includes NITs, IIITs and GFTIs.
