DCET 2026: Karnataka Examinations Authority has announced document verification schedule for Professional Diploma graduates for working professionals who appeared for DCET exam. Candidates can check and download Karnataka DCET document verification notice pdf at official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/. All working professional candidates can appear for document verification on August 13, 2026, from 11 AM onwards. 

DCET document verification has been announced following the government’s issuance of KEA Diploma CET seat matrix for admission to newly qualified Professional Diploma candidates at Veerappa Nifty Engineering College, Yadgir. Only candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility conditions will be allowed to participate in verification process.

Who Can Appear for DCET Document Verification 2026?

Candidates who meet all these conditions can attend DCET document verification

• They must be Professional Diploma candidates who appeared for Diploma DCET 2026 exam

• They must have at least one year of service experience

• They must be working within a 75-km radius as prescribed by authorities

• They must not have already completed DCET document verification

• Candidates who have already undergone document verification should not appear again

Original Documents Required for DCET 2026 Document Verification

Eligible candidates must report for verification with all original documents. KEA has stated that complete list of documents to be submitted is available in Diploma Information Booklet 2026. They must check official KEA website and information booklet carefully before appearing for verification.

Admission Through Lateral Entry

As per AICTE guidelines cited by KEA, Professional Diploma (Working Professional) candidates with one year of full-time/regular work experience can be considered for admission to second year or third semester of engineering programmes through lateral entry. It must be noted that admission will be offered only as per DCET seat matrix issued by Karnataka government and other applicable government directions.
