Following Release of Final Answer Key; KCET Results 2026 Expected Anytime Soon

KCET Results 2026 Expected Anytime Soon

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) is expected to declare KCET 2026 results soon. Based on current events, we can expect the results to be out by May 20, 2026 tentatively. The anticipation follows the official release of the KCET 2026 Final Answer Keys on May 10, 2026. Candidates who appeared in the KCET exam, will be able to access their scorecards online at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea, once the KCET results are declared.

Earlier the authorities released the provisional answer key on April 26, and the objection window closed on April 30. Following an expert committee review, KEA implemented critical changes in the finalized key and the revised keys were released on May 10, 2026.

Based on the inputs shared by the authorities, candidates received one grace mark each for technically flawed questions in both Physics and Chemistry. One question in Biology was assigned two correct options. There were no changes in the mathematics.

How to Check KCET 2026 Results?

Once declared, candidates will be able to check their results using a desktop browser or an incognito tab to avoid heavy server traffic issues on the official portals at either of the official websites such as - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, kea.kar.nic.in, and karresults.nic.in. To login, they will have to use their credentials - registration/application number and first four characters of candidate's name

KEA is currently running a document verification process for government quota seats, which is scheduled to conclude on May 22, 2026. Verification for special categories (Sports and Defence) will wrap up by May 15.
