GATE 2026 Exam Schedule OUT for 30 Papers; Check Branch-Wise Dates Here
GATE 2026 Subject-wise exam dates announced. CS and CE will be held in two shifts, while all the other subjects will be conducted in a single shift. Check below for the GATE 2026 paper schedule for all 30 subjects.
IIT Guwahati has announced the GATE 2026 exam schedule,branch-wise at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 is scheduled for February 7, 8, 14 and 15, 2026. The authority will hold the exam shift-wise for 30 test papers. Computer Science and Civil Engineering are the only two papers held in two shifts on a single day.
The exam will be conducted in two shifts. The forenoon session will be held from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, while the afternoon session will be conducted from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Candidates have to appear for their subject on the scheduled date and time.

The GATE 2026 admit card date is January 2, 2026. Candidates have to carry the GATE admit card while appearing for the test. The admit card will comprise details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, test paper, exam date and timings and the complete centre address.
