HSTES 2023 Counselling: The Haryana State Technical Education Society will activate the link to fill in the choices today (August 21, 2023) for Round 2 on the official website. Candidates looking to get the admission into the B. Tech courses in Haryana need to fill out and submit the choices on or before the deadline. The conducting authority will allocate the seats based on the merit list and choices filled by the candidate. It is required by the candidates to fill and submit the choices on or before the deadline. While filling in the choices if candidates are satisfied with the selected option then he or she can lock the choices or the choices will be automatically locked after the deadline. - It is to be noted that the already registered candidates are also allowed to participate in this counselling. If the seat allotted in this counselling, then the previous allotted seat will automatically be cancelled.
- The candidates from State of Haryana must provide their Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID, or Aadhaar No. as per the provisions of the "THE HARYANA PARIVAR PEHCHAN ACT, 2023".
- If the fields/data is not verified in the PPP ID then candidates are allowed to participate in the counseling provisionally subject to verification of the fields at the time of the reporting. If the field of the data is not verified in the PPP ID till the time of reporting then their admission will not be confirmed.

- Visit the official website, hstes.org.in.
- On the home page, navigate to the course notification section.
- Search for the choice-filling link and click on it.
- Now, the candidate will be redirected to the new page, where he or she needs to enter the required login credentials.
- Click on the submit button to access the choice-filling dashboard.
- Now, from the drop down menu, candidates can select the colleges and arrange them based on their preferences.
- At last, candidates can download the list of filled-out choices for future reference.
