IIIT Delhi MTech Admission 2025: The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi has commenced online registrations for MTech admissions 2025. Interested candidates can apply through the official website: iiitd.ac.in. The last date for submission of IIIT Delhi MTech admission set for April 14, 2025.
IIIT Delhi offers MTech programs in multiple specializations, including MTech (Research) in CSE, MTech CSE, MTech ECE, MTech CB, and MTech (CB) through the DBT admission process. Admissions are conducted via the IIIT Delhi Postgraduate Computer Science and Engineering Admission Test (PGCAT), which is scheduled to take place on May 4, 2025.

For candidates who secure admission but wish to withdraw, a full refund (after a deduction of INR 1,000) will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted by July 4 before 5 PM. After this deadline, only the security deposit of INR 10,000 will be refunded. Candidates must send an email to mtech-admissions@iiitd.ac.in and complete the withdrawal process through the MTech admission portal using their login credentials.
