More than 7,000 students from across the country will display their talent in coding, hackathons during inter-college festival ‘Technovate’ beginning on November 4, 2022 

International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Naya Raipur is organising a three-day inter-college festival ‘Technovate’ from November 4, 2022. 

More than 7,000 students from across the country will display their talent in coding, hackathons. ‘Technovate’ is designed to provide a robust problem-solving environment to help build innovative ideas and a stage to highlight one’s cultural prowess.  

Every year, ‘Technovate’ introduces various competitions and provides a stage for artistes in their desired field across the country which is an amalgamation of the creativity and energy of the students. The festival also encourages students’ creativity and technology in a friendly atmosphere.  

IIITNR Director Pradeep Kumar Sinha, said “We are pleased that the institute can hold the festival after two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He said the festival is an initiative to create a platform where students from across the country can share their knowledge and research and come out with innovative products for the betterment of society.” 

Cultural fiesta 

The festival will help IIIT Naya Raipur students to exchange their thoughts and information with the guest students who will be arriving from other institutes. The exchange of information will not create a friendly atmosphere but will also allow students to learn. The event will conclude with some cultural programmes such as nukkad naatak, rangotsav, conquer the time, etc, with a cultural night.
