IIT Bombay has launched an e-PG Diploma in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. It offers flexible online programme with campus immersion for professionals and graduates.
Indian Institute of Technology Bombay has launched new e-Postgraduate Diploma (e-PG Diploma) in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence (CS & AI). This e-Postgraduate is flexible online programme for professionals and graduates looking to build advanced expertise in computer science, AI and machine learning. This has been introduced under IIT Bombay's Educational Outreach initiative. It is for software developers, engineers, IT professionals, data scientists and fresh graduates with understanding of computer science.
Programme to be delivered by IIT Bombay faculty
IIT Bombay e-PG Diploma will be taught by IIT Bombay faculty. Also, Great Learning will serve as EdTech partner for programme delivery. The curriculum combines core computer science principles with emerging areas of artificial intelligence and machine learning, enabling learners to strengthen skills.
Flexible online learning with campus immersion
The diploma follows a blended learning format, combining live online classes with self-paced recorded modules. Participants will also attend an in-person campus immersion at IIT Bombay, providing opportunities for academic interaction and hands-on learning. The flexible structure is intended to help working professionals pursue higher education without interrupting their careers.

No, there will be no spot round of seat allocation at any of the IITs after the completion of the last round of JoSAA seat allocation.

The JEE Advanced 2025 cutoff of the common rank list is 20.56%; 18.50% for the GEN-EWS rank list and OBC-NCL rank list; 10.28% for SC, ST, and PwD rank lists across all categories; and 5.14% for Preparatory course rank lists.
All those candidates who score above the cutoff marks in their respective categories can register for JoSAA counselling to participate in the IIT seat allotment process. Note that qualifying the JEE Advaced cutoff will not guarantee a seat in the IITs. Various factors are at play while allotting seats in the IITs. These factors include the demand for a course and IIT, the number of seats on offer, the reservation criteria, etc.
