IIT Madras Application for Web-enabled MTech & PG Diploma Programme Starts; Get Details

IIT Madras web-enabled MTech and PG Diploma programme application has started. Candidates can complete IIT Madras applications for web-enabled MTech and PG Diploma programmes at code.iitm.ac.in/webmtech. 

IIT Madras Web-enabled MTech & PG Diploma Programme

IIT Madras Application: Indian Institute of Technology Madras has started applications for web-enabled MTech and Postgraduate Diploma programme. Working professionals and fresh graduates can submit their IIT Madras MTech &  PG Diploma Programme applications at code.iitm.ac.in/webmtech. 

Last date to apply for IIT Madras web-enabled MTech and PG Diploma programme is May 31, 2026. It is likely that entrance examinations will be held during June and July 2026. Further, classes for all selected candidates will commence in August or September 2026. 

For admission to IIT Madras MTech programmes, they must have relevant educational background and minimum of two years of work experience. Whereas, PG Diploma programmes are open to graduates, including freshers, with preference for those from relevant academic backgrounds.

In Web-Enabled IIT Madras MTech programme, learners are evaluated through assignments, continuous evaluation and remote-proctored examinations and end-semester exams are conducted at designated centres across India. As of now, around 1,200 learners are enrolled in Web MTech programmes, while more than 500 have graduated with MTech degree from IIT Madras while continuing their professional careers.
