JEE Advanced 2026 Tomorrow; Check Documents Required at Exam Centre and Guidelines for Students
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will conduct the JEE Advanced 2026 exam tomorrow, May 17. Candidates appearing in the exam must bring their JEE Advanced admit card and one photo ID card to the exam centre.
The Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) will be held tomorrow. The exam will be conducted in around 221 cities of India and 2 cities abroad in which around 2 lakh candidates will be appearing. There will be two shifts from 9 am to 12 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Candidates appearing in the exam will have to follow the instructions mentioned in the their JEE Advanced hall ticket. Candidates must reach the exam centre by 07:00 am. Entry for the exam hall will start at 7:30 am and the last entry will be at 8:30 am. Candidates will not be allowed entry after 8:30 am. The test will start at 09:00 am.

- Candidates have to bring printout of their JEE Advanced 2026 admit card downloaded from the website. All details mentioned in the admit card must be clear. In case of any discrepancy, students must contact IIT Roorkee.
- Candidates must bring at least one photo ID proof in original (not photocopy). The permissible ID proof are - Aadhaar, School ID card, PAN card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID.
- Candidates must bring their own pen/pencil for rough work.
- Candidates must bring their own water bottle.
- Candidates will be provided scribble pad at the beginning of the paper. All rough work has to be done in scribble pad. NO extra scribble pad will be provided. The inviligator at exam centre will not collect the scribble pad and candidates can take it with them.
- Candidates must not bring any electronic item, book to the exam centre
All IIT JEE 2026 aspirants must carefully check their admit card for instructions and abide to them. In case any candidate is found in possession of prohibited item, strong action will be taken against them.
