NTA has announced that it will open the JEE Mains form correction facility for all registered candidates of the session 2 exam from February 27. The correction window will be open till February 28. Session 2 registrations are open and will be available till February 25. NTA will not extend the registration window.

The National Testing Agency has announced that the JEE Main 2026 form correction window will open from February 27. The last date to apply for the session 2 exam is February 25. NTA has specified that no extension will be provided in the session 2 application process. Check report below.

NTA has announced that it will open the JEE Mains form correction facility for all registered candidates of the session 2 exam from February 27. The correction window will be open till February 28. Session 2 registrations are open and will be available till February 25. NTA will not extend the registration window. The JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam will be held between April 2 and 9.

The JEE Main form correction opportunity is available to all candidates who have applied as fresh candidates for JEE Mains 2026 Session 2, as well as to those who had applied for JEE Mains 2026 Session 1 and registered for Session 2.

When the form correction link is activated, all the registered candidates have to visit jeemain.nta.nic.in and verify their particulars. They are further advised to make any required corrections to their particulars in their respective application forms.

During the JEE Mains correction, the additional fee (wherever applicable) is to be paid by the candidate either through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI.

What Details Can be Edited During JEE Mains Form Correction 2026

Existing candidates, i.e. candidates who are already registered during the registration of JEE Mains Session 1 and who have also applied for Session 2, can edit the details below:

  • Course (Paper)
  • Medium of the Question Paper
  • State Code of Eligibility
  • Examination Cities as per the available options
  • Educational qualification details (Class 10th and Class 12h)
  • Gender
  • Category
  • Fee Payment (if applicable)
  • Identity Details - Only for candidates who registered with an identity other than Aadhaar

On the other hand, the candidates who have applied for the first time in JEE Mains session 2 can edit the details below in their form:
