JEE Main 2027 Session 1 Dates Revised, Session 2 Exam Dates Announced; Check Full Schedule
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the JEE Main 2027 Session 1 examination schedule and announced the examination dates for Session 2. As per the revised schedule, JEE Main 2027 Session 1 will be conducted on January 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28, 2027. The Session 2 examination will be held on April 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, 2027.

The JEE Main 2027 Session 1 registration has gone live from October 24 to November 22, 2026. Candidates can also submit their application forms with a late fee of INR 500 from November 23 to November 26, 2026. For Session 2, the application process will begin on January 5 and continue until February 3, 2027. Candidates will be able to submit their forms with a late fee from February 4 to February 7, 2027.
Another important Update is that the JEE Mains 2027 exam date, which was announced as January 22, 23, 24, 28 and 29, has now been revised and will now be held on January 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28, 2027.

JEE Main 2027 Application Form
The JEE Main 2027 application form for Session 1 is available online on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates must complete the registration process, fill in the required details, upload the prescribed documents and pay the application fee before the deadline.
Candidates who miss the regular application deadline can submit their forms during the late-fee window by paying an additional fee of INR 500 over and above the applicable examination fee. The late fee will be uniform across categories.

JEE Main 2027 Admit Card and City Intimation Slip
For Session 1, the city intimation slip is scheduled to be released on December 30, 2026, while the admit card is scheduled for January 13, 2027. For Session 2, the city intimation slip is scheduled for March 12, 2027, and the admit card for March 25, 2027. The city intimation slip will inform candidates about their allotted examination city. The admit card will contain details such as the examination centre address, reporting time and exam-day instructions.
Candidates should note that the city intimation slip is not the admit card. They must download the admit card separately before appearing for the examination.
