JEECUP 2025 Round 6 Seat Allotment Out; Check Reporting Guidelines Here

JEEC, UP has activated the JEECUP round 6 seat allotment link at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates have to accept the allotted seats and pay the seat acceptance fee by September 1. To download the JEECUP 2025 round 6 allotment letter, students require their application number and password. The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has released the UP Polytechnic seat allotment 2025 for round 6 on August 26. The JEECUP 2025 seat allotment link is updated on the website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates require their application number and password to check the JEECUP round 6 allotment result. The seat allotment letter includes the candidate's details, name and address of the allotted college, allotted stream and more.
The JEECUP seat allotment is based on the candidate’s preferences, merit in the UPJEE 2025 exam and the availability of seats. All allotted seats will be auto-freezed. Candidates can check their JEECUP seat allotment 2025 by following the steps mentioned below.
Steps to Check the JEECUP 2025 Seat Allotment Round 6
- Visit the website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in
- Scroll down to the candidate activity board
- Click on the link ‘Round 6 Seat Allotment for JEECUP Counselling 2025’
- Enter the required login credentials
- Check the allotment result in the candidate login tab
Allotted candidates now have to deposit the security and counselling fee through the login portal. Those who pay the fee have to report to the district help centres for document verification. Candidates can check the important instructions for college reporting for the JEECUP counselling round 6.
Reporting Guidelines for JEECUP 2025 Round 6 Counselling
- Document verification will be done at the district help centres only. There are 151 help centres; the complete list has been uploaded on the official website.
- Students have to deposit Rs. 3250 (Rs. 3000 seat acceptance fee and Rs. 250/- counselling fee).
- After document verification, the candidate has to report to the allotted institute and deposit the remaining fee by 5 PM on September 1.
- Failure to pay the fee or for document verification at the help centre will result in the seat being cancelled.
- Those who have completed the process of document verification between rounds 1 to 5 need not get their records verified again in case of seat allocation in the sixth phase.
- Candidates can choose the option of refund of the seat acceptance fee under the ‘seat withdrawal’ facility on September 2. The seat acceptance fee of Rs. 3000/- will be transferred/refunded online to the same bank account whose details will be given by the candidates while choosing the Withdrawal option.
- The candidate will complete the admission process by depositing the tuition fee in the concerned institute along with his Provisional Admission letter and all original documents such as mark sheet, certificate related to category and sub-category, income, residence, EWS, health certificate etc.
JEECUP 2025 seat allotment dates for Round 3 has been announced. The authorities have released the JEECUP seat allotment 2025 at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates can access their JEECUP 2025 seat allotment status by logging in using the required credentials. The authorities will not use any other mode of allotment. Allotment of seats is being done based on the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability. Separate allotment results are being released for every round of JEECUP counselling.
After the JEECUP 2025 seat allotment, the selected candidates will be able to freeze or float their allotment. If the candidates are satisfied with their allotment, then they can confirm their admission by selecting the freeze option. By selecting the freeze option, the candidates can confirm their admission and withdrawed from the further rounds of counselling. However, if the candidates were not satisfied with their allotment, then they can choose the float option and participate in the next round of counselling for a chance of admission in their preferred college or course. The float candidates have to pay INR 3000 as a security fee payment.
