KCET Round 2 Seat Allotment Dates

Candidates who wish to add new college choices, delete existing ones, or re-arrange their priority order based on their mock results can do so until August 20, 2026, up to 9:00 AM.

Provisional Result Date: Following the closure of the option entry window, KEA is scheduled to announce Provisional Round 2 Allotment Results on August 19, 2026.

Guidelines for Candidates

In an official release on their social media platform X, H. Prasanna, IAS, Executive Director of KEA, said that this is just a mock/trial run meant to help students understand their admission probabilities based on current merit and trends.

"Since this is an indicative mock result, no candidate is permitted to report to the allotted colleges or seek physical admission at this stage. The final, legally binding seat allotment results will be published at a later date," the executive director stated.

Candidates are advised to analyze mock cut-off ranks carefully and utilize remaining time to optimize option entry strategy before portal locks permanently for this round.
