KEA to open KCET 2025 Online Application Form Edit Link on July 1 to download verification slip
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will activate the KCET 2025 online application form edit link on July 1 for candidates to make necessary corrections to download the KCET 2025 verification slip. Read below to know more.
The KCET 2025 online application form edit link will be activated on the official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in from July 1 to 4. The offline verification, which was scheduled from July 2 to 4, has been cancelled and will now be held online for editing. KEA has released the KCET UGCET verification slip 2025 and has informed candidates to appear for correction with all necessary details in person at KEA, Bangalore in case there are any discrepancies in the verification slip.
But during the programme “Seat Allotment Manthana” which was held on June 28, many parents and students expressed that some information had not been printed in the verification slip and have requested to enable for edit facility to make corrections in the application form.
So, keeping that in mind, KEA has reopened the KCET 2025 application form edit facility available from July 1 to July 4. If there is no discrepancy in the verification slip, then there is no requirement of editing or visit KEA office.
How to edit or make changes in the application form to download the KCET 2025 verification slip?
To make edits/corrections in the KCET 2025 application form, candidates need to log in to the KEA portal using their registration number and password. Make necessary changes and download the KEA KCET verification slip 2025.

Who should not come to the KEA office?
- Candidates with no discrepancies in the verification slip need not visit KEA.
- SC/ST and Category-1 candidates missing RD number in their slip can simply update it online—no KEA visit needed. (Annual income above ₹10 lakh need not enter RD number)
- General Merit candidates with income above ₹8 lakh and RD number shown as ‘0’ need not visit KEA or take any action online.
- If there is a date of birth format issue, candidates can download a new verification slip on or after July 5, 2025—no KEA visit is needed.
