Students who have passed/appearing at the qualifying examination, class 12th or its equivalent and have Indian Nationality are eligible to apply for MHT CET 2026.

Candidate should note that if he/she appearing for both the groups or for both attempts i.e. PCM and/or PCB, the Percentile score of Physics or Chemistry will not be interchanged among the groups.

Candidates applying for Engineering (PCM group) must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 12. For Pharmacy (PCB group), students must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Before submitting the MHT CET 2026 form, candidates must keep these documents ready:

• Scanned passport-size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Class 10 mark sheet
• Class 12 details
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile certificate (if required)

The application fee must be paid online. The fee varies by category. Payment can be made through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. If the fee is not paid successfully, the form will remain incomplete. Students should download and save the payment receipt after successful submission.

Students must use a stable internet connection while filling out the MHT CET application form. If the page freezes or logs out, candidates may lose the information. Applicants must save the data at every stage before proceeding to the next section of form filling.

Candidates can get an APAAR ID for MHT CET registration by registering on the DigiLocker website. Candidates can also get the APAAR enrollment number from their school.

As the last date nears, many students are trying to submit their forms at the same time. Due to this, the website may slow down. Students are advised not to wait till the last hour. Submit the MHT CET 2026 application form early to avoid technical problems.

The authorities will commence the MHT CET 2026 form correction most likely in the first week of March. Candidates can apply till February 27, 2026, by paying a late fee of Rs 500.

• Click on the registration link to submit basic details.
• After registration, they will have to proceed to digilocker login to authenticate their identity with Aadhaar and APAAR ID.
• Using their registered email ID and password, they will have to log in and fill form with the required details.
• Candidates will have to select preferred exam cities and pay the application fee through net banking/credit card/debit card.
