Yes, starting this year, the MHT CET exam will be held twice a year. Candidates have to apply for first or both attempts of MHT CET together.

• For the PCM group, a total of 7,32,268 students have registered. Out of this, 4,52,931 candidates applied for the first attempt, while 2,79,337 registered for the second attempt.

MHT CET 2026 Registration Statistics Till Now

The CET registration 2026 will be deemed complete after submitting the following documents.

• Class 10 mark sheet
• Date of Birth proof
• Address proof
• Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile certificate
• Scanned images of photograph to upload in form
• Credit/Debit card or Internet banking details for fee payment

The authorities have relaxed the MHT CET 2026 registration rule in the extended registration period. For those facing issues in applying due to Aadhaar and APAAR authentication, the authority has announced a new facility wherein they can apply without the authentication.

The syllabus for MHT CET PCM (BE/BTech) and PCB (BPharma) is different. MHT CET PCM exam is conducted for admission to BE/BTech while the PCB exam is conducted for BPharma courses.  MHT CET PCM syllabus consists of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Students who have passed/appearing at the qualifying examination, class 12th or its equivalent and have Indian Nationality are eligible to apply for MHT CET 2026.
