The Telangana Council of Higher Education has announced TG PGECET 2026 exam dates. The Telangana Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test will be conducted from May 28 to 31, 2026, in two slots. Read below for more.
TS PGECET 2026 Exam Date OUT: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released a notification TODAY (December 30, 2025) regarding TG PGECET 2026 exam date. The entrance exam will take place on multiple dates from May 28 to 31, 2026 online. JNTU Hyderabad conducts the TS PGECET exam once in a year. Qualifying candidates in TS PGECET exam will be offered admission to ME/MTech/MPharm/M.Arch/Pharm D-PB in various engineering, pharma colleges in Telangana.

About TS PGECET/TG PGECET Exam
TG PGECET is a state-level common entrance exam for engineering postgraduate programmes. The entrance exam is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH) on the behalf of Telanagana Council of Higher Education. Qualified students get admission to various programmes such as MTech, ME, MPharma, etc. As per last year's notification, the minimum qualifying mark for TG PGECET is 25%, which is 30 marks out of 120. The TG PGECET admission process comprises registration, with exam attempt, result announcement, and counselling process. In addition, students who have qualified or applied for GATE exam can also apply for TS PGECET 2026.
