Round 3 Final Phase BiPC Counselling Registration Window Open
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially commenced the online registration process today, September 9, 2026, for the third and final phase of the AP EAMCET (EAPCET) 2026 Counselling for the BiPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) stream.
This is the final opportunity for qualified medical and agriculture stream candidates to get a seat for B.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, and Bio-Technology courses for 2026- 27 academic year.

Who can apply?
Aspirants who were not allocated a seat in prior rounds, or those seeking college upgrades, can apply. To fill out their applications and pay the fee they must visit the official portal at AP EAMCET Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) - cap.apcfss.in. The registration window will close on September 11, 2026.
