TNEA 2026 Round 2 Choice Filling Starts @ tneaonline.org; Deadline August 5
DoTE has started the TNEA counselling round 2 choice filling process. The candidates eligible in round 2 have to complete the choice filling process by August 5. Know complete details below.
Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) round 2 counselling is being held for candidates with ranks between 37,977 and 1,31,093. The candidates can complete the round 2 choice filling by logging in to the official website - tneaonline.org, using their email address and password. The round 2 tentative allotment will be announced on August 7.
In the TNEA choice filling process, candidates have to fill their choices of courses and colleges in order of preference. Based on the choices filled, the category and rank of the candidates, the TNEA seat allotment 2026 is carried out.
During the allotment stage, if a candidate is allotted a seat, then they will have to confirm their seat by selecting the available options. The candidate must confirm the seat by the deadline. Non-confirmation of the allotted seat by the candidate will lead to loss of his/her seat, and the candidate will be moved to the next round.
Whether you are allotted a seat or not, you must make a strategic choice based on trends in rank movement.
Check rank-wise college options to ensure you get a seat in each TNEA counselling round.
