TS EAMCET 2026 & COMEDK Exam Date Clash: TGCHE Revising Schedule on Student Email Requests
The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has begun responding to student concerns over the TS EAMCET 2026 and COMEDK exam date clash. Check details below.
TS EAMCET 2026 and COMDEK UGET exam dates are clashing. While the TG EAPCET engineering exam is scheduled to be held on May 9, 10 and 11, COMEDK is scheduled on May 9. The candidates who have received May 9 as their allotted TS EAMCET date and who are also appearing for COMEDK are now facing a conflict on how to juggle between both tests.
Several candidates flagged overlapping exam dates on May 9 after receiving their TS EAMCET admit cards on April 27.
Thus, candidates have reached out to the exam authorities. Those candidates who sent an email to the TGCHE helpdesk got an official email reply. The reply from the helpdesk states that students seeking a change in their TS EAMCET 2026 exam date must submit a formal request along with supporting documents. The email advises candidates to forward a scanned copy of a duly signed request letter, ensuring that the signature matches the one provided in the application form.
Documents Required for TS EAMCET 2026 Date Change Request
As per the helpdesk response, candidates are required to attach the following documents while submitting their request:
- INTER 2nd Year Hall Ticket
- SSC Marks Memo
- COMEDK Exam Application Form
- COMEDK Hall Ticket
- TG EAPCET 2026 Submitted Application Form
- TG EAPCET Hall Ticket
All documents must be sent from the candidate’s registered email ID (as used during application submission). The council has clarified that requests will be considered “if possible only,” indicating that changes are not guaranteed for all applicants.
TGCHE Reviewing Requests Amid TS EAMCET and COMEDK UGET 2026 Dates Clash
The email further suggests that TGCHE is actively examining such cases but has not issued an official notification confirming an overall rescheduling of the exam. Instead, the authority appears to be handling the issue through individual representations made by students.
What Candidates Should Do
Students facing the TS EAMCET 2026 and COMEDK clash are advised to:
- Send their request at the earliest
- Ensure all required documents are attached
- Use only their registered email ID
- Keep copies of submitted documents for reference
- For further clarification, candidates can reach out to the official TG EAPCET 2026 helpdesk numbers.
While no final decision on a broader date revision has been announced yet, the ongoing review process indicates that TGCHE is acknowledging student concerns and may take necessary steps depending on the requests received.
