TS PGECET 2025 Counselling Dates

TS PGECET 2025 Counselling: The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will soon announce the TS PGECET counselling 2025 schedule. Candidates who have qualified in the entrance exam can check TS PGECET 2025 counselling dates online at the official website: pgecetadm.tsche.ac.in, once available.
The TS PGECET 2025 counselling is held to allot seats to candidates for admission into ME, MTech, MPharma, MArch, and graduate-level DPharma (Post-Baccalaureate) courses. Also, a separate TS PGECET notification is released for GATE/GPAT candidates seeking admission to ME, MTech, MPharma & MArch.

Documents to be Uploaded during TS PGECET 2025 Counselling Registration

Candidates are required to upload the following documents for verification during TS PGECET counselling registration:
  • PGECET Rank Card/GATE Score Card
  • Original Degree/Provisional Certificate (PC) & Consolidated Memorandum Marks (CMM) of the qualifying Examination
  • Intermediate/Diploma/10+2 Certificate
  • SSC pass certificate as proof of Date of Birth
  • Residence certificate for the preceding 7 years of the qualifying exam
  • Caste certificate, if applicable, for BC / SC / ST candidates issued after June 2, 2014
  • Latest Income Certificate, if applicable
    Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) Reservation certificate valid
  • Non-local candidates need to submit specific certificates to be considered for allotment under unreserved seats. The eligible non-local candidates must upload scanned copies of their Residence or Employer certificates for the verification process.

Interested candidates can check the list of help centres provided below. Also, the TS PGECET counselling help centres have been provided based on last year’s information:

Q:   Who can participate in the TS PGECET counselling?
A:

Qualified and eligible candidates who have appeared in GATE / GPAT exams in 2023, 2024, and 2025, as well as TS PGECET 2025, are hereby notified to participate in the TS PGEC / TS PGECET Web Based Counseling. This counseling is for admissions to M.E./ M.Tech./ M.Arch / M. Pharmacy/ Pharm. D (P.B.) courses. The leftover seats after allotment for GATE / GPAT candidates are only available for TS PGECET candidates.

Q:   When will the counselling of TS PGECET start?
A:

TS PGECET counselling will start in July/August. The admission counselling will be done in phases depending on seat availability. Counselling process of TS PGECET include stages such as online registration, uploading of documents, followed by verification, exercising options, seat allotment, and reporting to college.

Q:   Who should participate in Phase 2 of TS PGECET counselling?
A:
  • Candidates who have secured a seat in the previous phase of web-based counselling and desire to transfer to a different college.
  • Applicants who took part in the previous phase of web-based counselling but were unsuccessful in obtaining a seat.
  • Individuals who were eligible for counselling in the earlier phase but did not participate.
  • Candidates who were allocated a seat but failed to report to the allotted college.
  • A candidate who was allotted a seat in the previous phase but cancelled their admission.
