VITREE 2025 Registration for PhD Admission Ongoing

VITREE PhD Admission 2024: The Vellore Institute of Technology is accepting the VITREE application form for the January session for PhD admission. Candidates meeting the eligibility requirements can complete the VITREE 2025 registration online by visiting the official website: admissions.vit.ac.in. The last date to fill out the VITREE PhD application form 2025 is November 25, 2024.

The application process for VITREE 2025 includes registration, filling out forms, uploading documents, and paying fees. This time, the VITREE exam for 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on December 5. Those qualifying will be eligible for admission into PhD and Direct PhD programs at VIT's institutions.

Who are eligible to apply for VITREE PhD Admission 2025?

VITREE 2025 eligibility criteria have been released separately for all the courses. For all the Research Programmes, the candidate must have studied regular, full-time and formal education in their previous degree programmes (UG and PG). 

• PhD in Engineering: Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks across all years/semesters (wherever marks are awarded), or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (in cases where letter grades are awarded). Equivalent qualifications such as M.Sc. (Engineering), M.S. (by Research), or M.Tech. (by Research) are also acceptable
• Also, for a PhD in Engineering, the required qualification is 10+2+4+2 or equivalent. This also includes candidates with a 10+2+5-year Integrated M.Tech. program or an Integrated M.S. program in Engineering

What is VITREE PhD Application Fee 2025?

Candidates applying for VITREE are required to pay an application fee of INR 1200. The fee has to be paid online using a debit/credit card, UPI, net banking, or other available payment methods. Only those who complete the payment before the deadline will be eligible for further procedure.
