Haryana Schools reopening: The latest development in the matter of school reopening in the state says that Haryana schools will reopen for Classes 6 to 8 from the first week of February, as stated by the Education Minister Kanwar Pal on January 20. As the situation is getting improved and COVID-19 cases are coming down, it is aspected that the teaching-learning process will come back to its normal state soon. However, a decision on starting Classes 1 to 5 will be taken later. Meanwhile, the reopening will take place following all sorts of precautionary laid down by the health ministry such as wearing face masks, carring sanitizers and following social distancing. After remaining shut for six months due to the COVID-19 outbreak, Haryana partially reopened its schools in mid-September for students of Classes 9 to 12.
