Admissions at Govt. colleges in Noida & Gr. Noida begin from June 15
Government colleges in Noida, Greater Noida and rest of Gautam Budh Nagar district will begin their admission procedure along with Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut which is all set to commence its online admission procedure from June 15, 2014. There are two government colleges and a government-aided college in these districts and all three are affiliated to CCS University.
The cut-off for the Government Postgraduate College for BCom programme for general category students is 70% whereas it is 65% for arts and science stream courses. The college has 840 seats in total, out of which 540 seats are offered in 10 bachelors of arts programmes, 120 seats in BCom, 120 seats in BSc (bio-science group) and 60 seats in BSc (maths group).
Kumari Mayawati Government Girls PG College offers 420 seats in total, out of these, 320 seats are on offer in the BA programme, 80 in commerce and 120 in BSc courses. The college’s cut off for this year ranges from 55% - 65%.
The government-aided Mihir Bhoj College’s lowest cut off for this year is 60%. The college also offers undergraduate courses in arts and science.
