IGNOU PhD Admission 2024: Registration Last Date Extended Till November 25; Direct Link to Apply

IGNOU PhD registration last date 2024 has been extended till November 25, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online at ignouadm.samarth.edu.in using UGC NET scores.  

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the registration last date for admission to PhD programmes. The revised IGNOU PhD registration last date 2024 is November 25, 2024. Students willing to fill IGNOU 2024 PhD application form can apply online from the official website ignouadm.samarth.edu. It is suggested that students must go through the eligibility criteria beforehand.

The IGNOU 2024 PhD eligibility criteria require students to have a valid UGC NET with JRF or a valid UGC NET Score of the year 2024. Each student is required to fulfil the eligibility criteria as the authorities hold all the rights to cancel the IGNOU PhD registration form 2024 of ineligible candidates during any stage of the admission process. 

Documents Required for IGNOU PhD Admission 2024

Students have to keep their following documents ready during IGNOU admission process for PhD programme: 

• Scanned passport-size photograph
• Scanned signature
• Class 10/12/UG and PG mark sheet
• UGC NET-JRF certificate
• Valid ID proof
• Educational documents
• Other documents as requested. 

Steps to Fill IGNOU PhD Application Form? 

Students have to follow the below steps to fill IGNOU 2024 PhD application form: 

• Visit the official website - ignouadm.samarth.edu.in 
• Click on the 'New Registration' link available on the homepage
• Enter the basic personal details to complete IGNOU 2024 registration
• Enter the allotted username and password to fill the necessary academic details in the application form
• Check all the added details carefully and submit the form online
• The username will be instantly sent to the candidates via e-mail and SMS.  

Students have to pay INR 1,000 as IGNOU 2024 registration fee. The university will reserve five per cent of the total seats for persons with disabilities for candidates with over and above 40 per cent disability. However, these candidates will not be considered in their respective categories for seat allotment.
