Shoolini University Signs MoU with Royal Holloway, University of London to Offer Dual Master Degree Course

Shoolini University's collaboration with Royal Holloway, University of London aims to strenghthen India-UK academics in order to align with NEP 2020's vision for internationalization and also to offer dual degree programmes for the university students. 

Shoolini University Collaboration with University of London

Shoolini University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Royal Holloway, University of London, for academic advancement. The collaboration between Shoolini University and Royal Holloway is a step in aligning with the National Education Policy 2020. Through this collaboration, the university also aims to launch the  1+1 Dual Master’s Degree Program for the 2025/26 academic year in Biotechnology and Psychology to enhance global career opportunities for students.

During the coursework of the dual degree programme, students will study for one year at Shoolini University while the other year will be studied at Royal Holloway in the United Kingdom. Students who successfully complete the first year of their curriculum at Shoolini University will be enrolled at Royal Holloway, where they will be awarded a Royal Holloway, University of London, degree as well as a Shoolini University degree.

Professor Atul Khosla, Vice-Chancellor at Shoolini University, shared his delight by collaborating with Royal Holloway, saying, “In order to provide our students with world-class education and research opportunities. A significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to create a global learning environment at Shoolini University.”  

The Memorandum of Understanding offers a 1+1 Masters programme in Biotechnology/Biosciences and Psychology, with the option of expansion to other subjects in the near future.  According to the Agreement, students will be taking English language proficiency exams to ensure they achieve Royal Holloway's academic standards.
