CDAC C-CAT 2025 Round 2 Seat Allocation on August 2
The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) will release the C-CAT 2025 2nd Round of Seat Allocation on August 2, 2025. Candidates who are still waiting to secure a seat in their preferred course and training centre can find their seats.

Who is Eligible for CDAC C-CAT 2025 2nd Counselling?
- Candidates who could not get a seat in the first round.
- Candidates who did not confirm their first-round seat by paying the fee.
- Candidates who wish to reselect courses and training centres based on the availability of vacant seats after Round 2.

CDAC C-CAT 2025 2nd Counselling Process: What to Expect
Seat Allocation Result – Aug 2
Candidates will receive their second round seat allocation based on the preferences mentioned in the initial counselling.
Fee Payment Deadline: Aug 7
Candidates allotted a seat for the first time in Round 2 must pay the first instalment of the course fee (INR 11,800) by 7 August 2025 to confirm their admission.
Second Counselling: Aug 8 -13
After making the fee payments, eligible candidates can participate in the second counselling, where they must:
- Pay a caution deposit of INR 10000 + GS
- Refill their course and centre preferences based on updated seat availability
Third Round Allotment (Post-Counselling)
The third and final round of seat allocation will be based on choices submitted by the candidates during the second counselling window.
Important Guidelines for Candidates
- Select only those courses for which you are eligible.
- You can select as many training centres as you want for the eligible courses.
- Do not miss any deadline or payment window to avoid cancellation of the allotted seat.
- Keep a record of all payments and counselling choices for verification.

The CDAC C-CAT 2025 seat allotment result will be released on July 25, August 2 and August 14, 2025, for the first, second and third rounds, respectively. No other mode will be used to announce the seat allotment result.

CDAC C-CAT 2025 exam dates for the August batch has been announced. The authorities conducted the CDAC C-CAT exam for the August batch on July 5 and 6, 2025. The entrance examination was held as a computer-based test for all eligible and registered candidates.
