CDAC C-CAT 2025 Round 2 Seat Allocation on August 2

The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) will release the C-CAT 2025 2nd Round of Seat Allocation on August 2, 2025. Candidates who are still waiting to secure a seat in their preferred course and training centre can find their seats.

Note: INR 11,800 includes INR 10,000 course fee + 18% GST (INR 1,800)

Who is Eligible for CDAC C-CAT 2025 2nd Counselling?

• Candidates who could not get a seat in the first round.
• Candidates who did not confirm their first-round seat by paying the fee.
• Candidates who wish to reselect courses and training centres based on the availability of vacant seats after Round 2.

CDAC C-CAT 2025 2nd Counselling Process: What to Expect

1. Seat Allocation Result – Aug 2
   Candidates will receive their second round seat allocation based on the preferences given during initial counselling.
2. Fee Payment – Deadline: Aug 7 (5 PM)
   Candidates allotted a seat for the first time in Round 2 must pay the first instalment of the course fee (INR 11,800) by 07 August 2025, 5 PM, to confirm their admission.
3. Second Counselling – Aug 8 to 13
   After fee payments are processed, eligible candidates can participate in the second counselling, where they:
• Pay a caution deposit of INR 10,000 + GST
• Refill their course and centre preferences based on updated seat availability
4. Third Round Allotment (Post-Counselling)
   The third and final round of seat allocation will be based on choices submitted during this second counselling window.

Important Guidelines for Candidates

• Preferences must be given only for courses you're eligible for, based on the qualification details submitted in your C-CAT application.
• You may choose as many training centres as you wish for the eligible courses.
• Missing any deadline or payment window will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
• Keep a record of all payment receipts and counselling choices for verification.
