MAH MCA CET 2026: Aadhar and APAAR Mandatory for Applicants

Aadhaar Card Updates Are Crucial

All candidates must ensure their Aadhaar card details are accurate and up to date. They must verify:

  • Correct name of the candidate
  • date of birth (matching the Class 10 certificate)
  • Address
  • father’s name
  • recent photograph
  • Mobile number linked to the Aadhaar must be current and active for communication.

APAAR: New 'One Nation, One Student ID Required

Applicants will need an APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry). This is a unique 12-digit student ID which will serve as a digital locker for all academic records, mark sheets, and degrees. It helps streamline admissions and prevent fraud. Students can obtain this ID from their college.

Special Requirements for PwD Candidates

Candidates with disabilities (PwD) must provide a mandatory Disability Certificate or a Unique Disability ID (UDID). This universal ID ensures that a single identification document is accepted across India for government benefits and the Common Admission Process (CAP).

Eligible PwD candidates who require a scribe must also submit detailed information and documents (Name, Aadhaar, Photo, Certificates) for two potential scribes during the online application.
