The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, will conduct MAH MCA CET 2026 on March 30. As aspirants in the last leg of the MAH MCA CET revisions, they must have a look at the exam day guidelines to ensure they don’t commit a mistake while attempting for the exam. The MAH MCA CET exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across various centers in Maharashtra. Here are some of the exam day instructions to follow by students.

MAH MCA CET 2026 Reporting Time

  • Candidates must reach the MAH MCA CET exam centre at least 90 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
  • The entry gates will close 30 minutes prior to the start time. 
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter under any circumstances once the doors are shut.

Mandatory Documents to Carry at the MAH MCA CET 2026

Candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam hall without the following:

  1. A physical color or black-and-white copy of MAH MCA CET hall ticket.
  2. The original government issued photo ID such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License.
  3. Recent passport-size photograph (preferably the same one used in the application form) to be pasted on the attendance sheet if required.

What not to carry at the MAH MCA CET 2026 exam centre?

  • Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, and earphones.
  • Books, notebooks, pieces of paper, or geometry boxes are not allowed inside the exam centre premises.
  • Large bags, wallets, and any metallic jewelry.
  • Avoid wearing clothes, hats or boots.

As the MAH MCA CET 2026 will be held in computer based mode, after entering the exam hall, students must sit only at their allotted computer terminals. In case of any technical glitch  such as keyboard freeze or blank monitor, candidates must immediately inform the invigilator rather than trying to fix it themselves. Any candidate found indulging in unfair means or malpractice will be disqualified.
