The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology has released the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF). Direct and institutes’ candidates can now access the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) for the July cycle at student.nielit.gov.in until May 14, 2025. The final date for the institutes to forward the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle OEAF, after verification and payment, is May 19, 2025. The authorities have also announced the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C exam dates for the July cycle.

Steps to fill out the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) July Cycle
Candidates can follow the given steps to fill out the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle OEAF.
- Go to student.nielit.gov.in
- Click on the login link.
- Candidates will have to log in using their User ID and password.
- After filling out the missing information, the candidates will have to upload scanned documents, if required
- The preferred exam centre has to be selected.
- Next, the candidates will have to pay the required fee online or through the CSC (Common Service Centre). The fee is INR 100 in addition to the requisite fees for the applied theory/practical modules.
NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle theory examination will commence from July 12, 2025. The detailed exam sheet will be released soon. The practical examinations for the NIELIT 2025 July cycle O/A/B/C exam will start from August 9, 2025. The official NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C result for the July cycle is expected to be announced in the mid-week of October 2025.

While registering for NIELIT exam, the candidates will be required to pay the application fee. As per the official notification, the NIELIT application fee for O level is INR 500. All of the candidates will have to pay the NIELIT application fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card or through the CSC-SPV services. No other mode of payment will be accepted.
