The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology has extended the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) last date for the July cycle. Candidates can now register for the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle exam until May 20, 2025. Previously, the final date for the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) was May 14, 2025. The NIELIT 2025 application form can be accessed online at student.nielit.gov.in. Both direct and institute candidates will have to submit the NIELIT 2025 Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) to participate in the examination.
Steps to fill out the NIELIT 2025 July Cycle Online Examination Application Form (OEAF)
- Go to student.nielit.gov.in
- Click on the User Login
- Candidates will have to log in using their User ID and password.
- The required details have to be provided, and the candidates will have to upload scanned documents, as per the official specifications.
- The examination fee has to be paid online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.
NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle theory exam will commence on July 12, 2025. The practical exam start date for the NIELIT 205 July cycle is August 9, 2025. The detailed NIELIT 2025 exam dates will be released soon by the authorities.

The NIELIT Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF) fee is INR 100 in addition to the requisite fees for the applied Theory/Practical modules. The required fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card or through CSCs. If the fee is not paid before the final date, then the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the examination.
