NIELIT Announces Dates for OEAF Submission for CHMT-O Level January 2026 Exam Cycle
NIELIT has announced the schedule of submission for the Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) for the CHMT-O Level examinations under the January 2026 exam cycle. All registered candidates must submit their OEAF within the given timeline. Application Dates: Nov 26 - Dec 8, 2025.

Key Points for Candidates
- A detailed exam calendar for the January 2026 cycle has been released, whereas the date sheet of the exams will be announced later.
- Latest updates will be available on nielit.gov.in; student.nielit.gov.in
Important Instructions
- Theory Exams (CHMT-O modules + Employability Skills) will be conducted online.
- Practical Exams will be conducted offline at designated exam centres.
- From January 2025 onwards, an examination application processing fee of Rs. 100 is applicable for CHMT-O Level.
- OEAF must be submitted online only, along with fee payment via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
- Candidates may use CSC (Common Service Centres) for filling forms or making payments. CSC locations: https://csc.gov.in/
- Choose the examination centre carefully, as centre change requests will not be accepted later.
- Candidates who already have a NIELIT login can use their existing User ID and Password.
- Institutes must verify the OEAFs submitted through them and pay the fees using the portal

- Click Download Certificate
- Select certificate type: Regular or Modular
- Pick Course Module
- Enter your registration number and DOB
- Enter your registered mobile number to receive a verification code
- After the code is verified, your certificate will appear
- You can download it
