NIELIT CHMT-O Level January 2026 Cycle Form; Last Date to Apply Today
Today, December 8, 2025, is the last date to fill the NIELIT CHMT-O level Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) for the January 2026 cycle. Interested candidates are urged to submit their forms as soon as possible and fill the form with correct details to avoid rejection.

- Last date for candidates to submit OEAF: 8 December 2025
- Last date for institutes to verify and forward OEAF after payment: 11 December 2025
These deadlines are final, and no extension is expected. Candidates are advised to fill and submit the form well before the last date to avoid last-minute issues.
How to Fill the NIELIT CHMT-O Level Form
Here are the instructions to fill the NIELIT CHMT-O Level Form for January 2026 Cycle:
- Visit the official NIELIT student portal, which is student.nielit.gov.in.
- Login/Register:
- New Users: Click on "New User" to register with your current course details, name, DOB, etc.
- Existing Users: Log in with your User ID and Password.
- Select the "CHM-T 'O' Level" from the available course options.
- Complete the application form by providing your personal, educational, and contact information.
- Upload scanned copies of necessary documents as required.
- Choose your preferred exam centre. Note that no further changes will be allowed later.
- Pay the application fees (INR 100 processing fee + module fees) online.
- Review your application and submit it.
The NIELIT Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF) fee is INR 100 in addition to the requisite fees for the applied Theory/Practical modules. The required fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card or through CSCs. If the fee is not paid before the final date, then the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the examination.
Yes, it is compulsory to fill out the Online Examination Application Form (OEAF). There is no provision for offline or physical forms. Here to note is that the Physical Examination Application Form has been discontinued from the July 2013 Examination onwards.
