NIELIT Extends OEAF Submission for O/A/B/C Level Jan 2026 Exams Until Nov 17
The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) has extended the due date for submitting the Online Examination Application Form (OEAF) for the O/A/B/C Level examinations for the January 2026 exam cycle. This extension has been given for two additional days to give time to the candidates and institutes to complete the application process.
The extended last date for filling and submitting the OEAF is 17 November 2025. All candidates who intend to appear for any of the O, A, B, or C Level exams should complete their form submission on or before this date. The extension covers both theory and practical exam applications.
All candidates are advised to log in to the official NIELIT student portal, fill in the details carefully, upload the required documents, and make the fee payment for successful completion of the application. Institutes are also requested to verify and approve candidate applications within the extended timeline.
NIELIT has made it very clear that no further extension beyond 17 November 2025, will be permitted. Students must avoid last-minute delays and make timely submissions.

- Visit student.nielit.gov.in
- Click Download Certificate
- Select certificate type: Regular or Modular
- Pick Course Module
- Enter your registration number and DOB
- Enter your registered mobile number to receive a verification code
- After the code is verified, your certificate will appear
- You can download it
