NIELIT O/A/B/C Level Theory Exams Day 2 Today: Important Instructions for January 11 Candidates
The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) is conducting Day 2 of the O/A/B/C Level theory examinations today, January 11, 2026. The examinations began on January 10 and will continue till January 18, 2026, depending on the level and module.
Candidates appearing for Day 2 papers are advised to strictly follow the details mentioned on their admit cards, including exam date, paper code, reporting time, and centre address. These details are final and cannot be changed.
- A, B, and C Levels: Theory examinations are being held from January 10 to January 14, 2026. These levels are conducted in offline mode.
- O Level: Theory examinations began on January 10 and will continue until January 18, 2026. To be conducted in online mode as computer-based tests (CBT).
- CHMT-O Level: Theory examinations follow the online schedule, ending on January 18, 2026.
Entry to the examination hall is going to be allowed only after admit card verification, valid photo ID check, as well as biometric authentication. Candidates must report to the centre at least 30 minutes before the scheduled reporting time to ensure smooth verification.
NIELIT has advised candidates not to carry mobile phones, electronic devices, bags, notes, or study materials, as strict frisking is conducted at some centres as seen on Day 1.
Before the exam begins, candidates will see on-screen instructions that must be read carefully. Each question paper will follow the official NIELIT syllabus and marking scheme.
Candidates are advised to remain calm, manage their time properly, and follow all exam-day instructions to avoid any hassles at the time of test.
