WBJEE JECA 2025 Counselling Schedule is OUT!

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEE) has announced the counselling schedule for JECA 2025 at its official website. As per the official schedule, the counselling registration will begin on December 12. Students who have cleared the JECA exam can fill and submit their online counselling form before the deadline.

JECA 2025 Counselling Rules 

The JECA 2025 counselling process is online. Candidates are advised to follow the below steps to carefully to secure their seat:

  1. Online registration is mandatory, else you cannot participate in any round of counselling. The registration fee is a non-refundable INR 500.
  1. Enter all personal and academic details (Class 10, 12, and Graduation marks) carefully. No corrections will be allowed after final submission.
  2. Check all the colleges you qualify for and select them in your preference order.

Tip: Select as many colleges as possible to maximize your chances of getting a seat quickly.

  1. Lock your choices before the deadline. If you forget to save your choices, they will disappear, and you get no seat.
  2. Seat Allotment (Round 1): Check your online allotment status on the specified date. If you get a seat: You must pay a non-refundable Seat Acceptance Fee of INR 5,000 online to download your Allotment Letter.

Failing to pay this fee or failing to physically report to the allotted college for document verification means you are excluded from the entire counselling process.

  1. Document Verification: Report to the assigned college with original documents and self-attested copies (mark sheets, domicile, category certificates, etc.) for verification.

After verification, you choose 'Yes' or 'No' for upgradation to a potentially better college in Round 2.
