WBJEE JECA 2025: Last Day Today for Seat Acceptance, Reporting & Withdrawal
Candidates who have been allotted seats through WBJEE JECA 2025 counselling seat allotment round 2 must complete the seat acceptance process and report to the allotted institute today. This is also the last day for withdrawal from the counselling.
Today, December 26, 2025, is the last day for payment of the seat acceptance fee and reporting to the allotted institutes for document verification as well as admission.

- Candidates must report to the allotted institute for document verification & admission formalities.
- Candidates must visit the official portal of the allotted institute or contact the institute directly to check:

How to Complete the WBJEE JECA 2025 Seat Acceptance Process
Follow below steps to accept the seat:
- Visit the official portal https://wbjeeb.nic.in/jeca/
- Go to Candidates Activity Board and click Round 2 Seat Allotment Result for JECA Counselling 2025
- Log in using your JECA roll number and password.
- Select the Seat Acceptance Fee Payment option and pay the fee online
- Download and save the payment receipt for the next step.
How to Report to the Allotted Institute
To report to your allotted institute, follow below steps-
- Visit the allotted institute in person.
- Carry the following documents:
- WBJEE JECA 2025 Seat Allotment letter
- Seat acceptance fee receipt
- Academic certificates and mark sheets
- Valid photo ID proof
- Passport-size photographs
- Complete the document verification process and take the admission
Step 4: Withdrawal (If Applicable)
- Candidates who do not wish to continue must complete the withdrawal process today through the counselling portal.
- Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted.
Important Reminder
Candidates are strongly advised not to wait until the last moment to complete the process to avoid any technical issues or loss of seat.
Before reporting to the exam centre, the candidates are advised to check the WBJEE JECA exam day guidelines. Some of the important WBJEE JECA exam day guidelines are:
- Candidates are advised to report to the exam centre atleast an hour before the examination commences.
- At the exam centre, candidates will be required to present their WBJEE JECA hall ticket and identity proof.
- The candidates are requested to co-operate with the authorities during the security check.
- No electronic items will be allowed inside the exam centre.
- Candidates will be allowed to leave the exam centre only after the paper is over.
Before reporting to the WBJEE JECA exam centre, the candidates are advised to check which items are prohibited. Candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic devices i.e., mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smart watches, calculators, etc., inside the examination centre. No extra pen and paper will be allowed. If the candidates are found with any prohibited item inside the exam centre, then they will not be allowed to continue with the examination.
