The AIBE XX exam will be conducted from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The entry of candidates will be allowed from 11:30 AM.

No, the Bar Council of India does not have any provision to fill the AIBE exam form offline.

As per the AIBE Notification, the All India Bar Examination will be conducted on November 30, 2025.

The BCI will release AIBE Hall Ticket 2025 to the registered candidates on November 15, 2025. 

As per the weightage, the following topics are the most important: 

• Criminal Procedure Code (10 marks) 
• Code of Civil Procedure (10 marks) 
• Constitutional Law (10 marks) 
• Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act (8 marks) 
• IPC (8 marks) 
• Evidence Act (8 marks) 
• Family Law (8 marks)
• Law of Tort, including Motor Vehicles Act and Consumer Protection Law (5 marks)

The difficulty level of the AIBE can be known through the previous year exam question papers. The candidates who participated in the exam in previous sessions, ranked it on moderate level. The Bar Council of India extended the last date of application for the AIBE 20 exam to 31-Oct-2025. Candidates can now apply for the exam online at, allindiabarexamination.com.

The AIBE XX Syllabus is as mentioned below,

The AIBE 20 exam is scheduled to be held on 30-Nov-2025. Candidates looking to sit for the exam must practice the past year's exam papers and syllabus issued by the BCI.

The candidates who register for the exam will be able to make the application fee payment until 01-Nov-2025 on the AIBE 20 candidate's portal.

Follow the steps given below to apply for the AIBE 20,

• Go to the official AIBE website

• On the registration page enter details as asked

• Enter the OTP and now fill the application form by entering the personal and qualifying exam details
• Upload the latest photograph and signature in jpg/ jpeg format
• Make the AIBE Application Fee payment
• Submit the form

• Enrolment Number
• Date of Birth
• Test centre preferences
