The Bar Council of India (BCI) has issued a strong warning against a fake notification circulating on social media and various online platforms, falsely claiming that the BCI has introduced a minimum fee structure for advocates. The regulatory body has clarified that no such notification has been released and urged legal professionals and the public to be cautious of misinformation.
