CLAT 2027 registration is ongoing till October 31, 2026. CNLUs have opened the online portal for the undergraduate and postgraduate law entrance test for all eligible students. The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) is accepting application forms for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2027. This law entrance examination is mandatory for students seeking admission into undergraduate and postgraduate law programs across India. Candidates can choose from the five-year integrated undergraduate law courses (UG) or the one-year postgraduate law courses (PG) for the academic session starting in 2027. Students who qualify the CLAT exam can get admission in NLUs and other participating institutes across India.
The CLAT 2027 registration link is active at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The online application process started on August 3. The CLAT 2027 registration last date is October 31, 2026. CNLU will conduct the CLAT exam in an offline, pen-and-paper format on December 6, 2026.

Students have to follow the below mentioned steps to fill the application form of CLAT 2027 for UG or PG application process:Â
- Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in
- Search and click on CLAT 2027 tab
- Click on 'New Registration' link available on page
- Enter name, email address, and mobile number.Â
- Login using allotted credentials
- Fill CLAT 2027 application form using personal and academic details
- Pay CLAT 2027 application fee in online mode.Â
- Check the added details carefully and submit the application form.
List of Documents Required for CLAT Registration 2027
The following documents are required to fill CLAT application form 2027:Â

Category certificate for SC, ST, or OBC candidates (if applicable).

EWS certificate for economically weaker sections (if applicable).
