CLAT 2027 Registration: Do You Need to Choose Your NLU Preferences Now?

CLAT Registration 2027 & NLU Preference Order

Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) released the CLAT notification 2027 on July 22 and CLAT 2027 registrations started on August 3. The Consortium will conduct the CLAT 2027 on December 6 as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) nationwide at the designated exam centres. 

The last date to apply for the CLAT 2027 is October 31.

How to Fill CLAT 2027 Registration Form?

The candidates can fill their CLAT registration form 2027 in the manner given below:

1. Go to consortiumofnlus.ac.in
2. Register as a new user
3. Fill the personal and professional details in the form
4. Upload Required Documents
5. Pay the CLAT Registration Fee
6. Review all details carefully
7. Submit the form
8. Download & save a copy

How to Fill NLU Preference Order?

The candidates can fill the CLAT registration form in the manner given above. The NLU preference order is the prerogative of the candidate. There can be multiple factors which plays the role in filling the NLU preference Order. Firstly, the candidates must choose the NLUs of their state to get the advantage of Domicile reservation provided by the NLU.

After it, all the NLUs are at par and the candidates must fill the preference order of NLUs based on the following criteria

• Fee

• Placement

• Faculty

• Infrastructure, facilities and exposure

The candidates are advised to fill the NLU preference order in the CLAT application form based on the above criteria.
