The online portal for KLEE Counselling 2026 stray round option registration will close tomorrow, October 3, 2026. Candidates seeking admission into the three-year LLB or 5-year LLB course must submit their fresh choices before 11:00 AM. This stray vacancy round is important for law aspirants to lock in their preferred law colleges in Kerala. Only candidates who complete this option registration at cee.kerala.gov.in, will be considered for the final seat allotment process.
KLEE Counselling 2026: Important Guidelines and Registration Fee for Stray Round
Candidates must check their eligibility before participating in the KLEE stray round option registration. This round is to fill the 221 remaining vacant seats in government and self-financing law colleges across the state. If a student has already secured admission in previous rounds, they are not eligible for this KLEE stray vacancy allotment 2026.
To complete the option registration, general category applicants must pay an option registration fee of INR 1,000. On the other hand, candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OEC categories need to pay a fee of INR 500.
Students must lock their preferences before 11:00 AM on October 3 to ensure their application is considered for the seat allotment process.

CEE Kerala has released a separate category–wise list in KLEE 2026 for Community reservation, Special reservation, Persons with Disabilities, and EWS reservation. Candidates are advised to verify the various merit/category lists published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and satisfy themselves regarding their position in the list, such as inclusion under different categories, eligibility for communal/special reservation, etc.
