MH CET Law 2026 Counselling

MH CET Law CAP 2026: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has issued an important notice for candidates participating in the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for LLB 3 Years and LLB 5 Years programmes. According to the public notice, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has granted conditional approval to all existing Colleges of Legal Education (CLEs) for the academic year 2026-27.

The CET Cell has said that intake from the Maharashtra government is awaited. Meanwhile, the MH CET Law option form filling portal will remain active. CET Cell will announce the revised MH Law CET 2026 CAP schedule for both three-year and five-year LLB admissions separately after the government directions are received.

MH CET Law CAP 2026 Latest Update

The Maharashtra CET Cell issued the notice after the BCI, through its notification dated August 10, 2026, granted conditional approval to all existing Colleges of Legal Education for the 2026-27 academic year.

The CET Cell has attached the BCI notification with its latest public notice and informed candidates, colleges and the general public about the development. However, the authority clarified that fresh directions from the Maharashtra government are awaited before announcing the next steps in the MH CET Law counselling 2026 process.
