NLU Delhi Launches New Online Certificate Course on Anti-Doping Laws

National Law University Delhi has announced a 4-week online certificate course on Anti-Doping Laws and sports integrity. Interested students can fill and submit their forms by May 27, 2026.

National Law University, Delhi has introduced a new online certificate course for academic session 2026. The newly provided course focuses on Anti-Doping Laws and Emerging Areas. Organised by UNESCO Chair for Legal Dimensions of Clean Sport, this four-week programme aims to evolve classroom learning with real-world legal insights in the sports industry.

As sports have involved a mix of public policy, business, and human rights, the need for Anti-Dopng laws are necessary. Athletes and sports bodies have to follow a strict network of local laws, international communcations, and specific rules. The sports industry is growing fast and very few legal professionals understand these frameworks. Central bodies like World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) provides a deeper understanding of the needful. 

Modern sports professionals now face complex challenges involving player contracts, media rights, gender equality rules, and fights settled by Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). This new course by NLU Delhi aims to built and fill that exact knowledge gap.

NLU Delhi New Course 2026: Programme Details

The curriculum of NLU Delhi Anti Doping course is split into four distinct modules. Students will explore the history of anti-doping laws, compliance rules under WADA and NADA, sports dispute resolution, and commercial sports contracts.

The online program will be conducted between June 13 to July 4, 2026. The duration of programme will be of 16 hours of weekend classes. It is open to law students, lawyers, sports administrators, coaches, and athletes. The total fee for the course is INR 1,999, which includes all study materials.
