Meanwhile, PU UGLAW 2025 answer key objection window is ongoing till May 4, 2025 and the cross objection process deadline is May 11, 2025.
Panjab University (PU) conducted the UGLAW 2025 exam for admission to the five-year LLB programme on April 27, 2025. Students who appeared for the examination have shown their displeasure owing to the discrepancies in exam guidelines and syllabus in comparison to the questions asked in the examination.
Several students mentioned that the Panjab University BA LLB notification 2025 stated that the examination consist of 100 questions of 100 marks, i.e. one mark for each correct question from the general awareness section. However, students reported that the questions asked in the examination was from unheard law section; very difficult for recently class 12 pass out students.
A PU UGLAW 2025 aspirant shared his dissatisfaction saying, "In terms of legal awareness, prior years' PU papers contain 30 to 40 questions designed to assess basic legal acumen and understanding of constitutional law, recent judgments, and basic legal concepts. What more may Class XII students from the arts, commerce, and science streams expect? The queries about legal awareness were unfathomable for students. Case laws were unheard of. The notions and principles were so complex that even law degrees couldn't answer them," as reported by TribuneIndia.
Meanwhile, another student reported that the general awareness is a test of basic knowledge of the students from the plus-2 level, including subjects like history, economics, and political science. However, PU UGLAW 2025 exam did not cover straightforward questions and also had a category-less distribution of the sections.
In the meantime, the authorities have released the PU UGLAW 2025 answer key at the official website. Students can visit exams.puchd.ac.in to download the answer key PDF.
